Boo! Halloween is almost here!

Halloween is around the corner! Do any of you have your costumes yet?

My little family and I were planning on being The Flinstones, but Hubby chickened out! I think he's embarrassed "/ so now I don't know what to dress up Isabella as. She has a Minnie Mouse costume I bought her for "dress up" a couple of months ago but she's only used it once. that's what she's going to be. I have to use that costume, my daughter is not getting any smaller! Lol

As for me, I wanted to be Princess Jasmine, but all the costumes I've found are too umm...???....not something a mom should wear, or so I think. Lol so I'm still trying to find a costume that is "mommy approved".

What are you all dressing up as? How about your kids, siblings?? I would love to know!

She was a little kangaroo! Now that she's older, she plays with the little kangaroo that cane with it all the time. It's too cute!

Gilroy Gardens

My little family & I went to Gilroy Gardens in Gilroy California today, it is such a beautiful place! Very family oriented, I loved all the gardens they had and kiddie rides. Isabella & I definitely had a blast...Hubby, not so much...he hates being outside when it's hot. But overall, we had a very good time! check out some of the few pictures I took (my camera was acting up =/)

Love "Park Time"!

Today Isabella and I went to the park...I love going to the park with her. Seeing her smile and play is just the greatest feeling! We went to a new park and I absolutely loved it!! We'll be going there from now on ;0). We munched on pecan pie (my fav)...it was tiny! Churros with lemon and a lemon Mexican icee (raspado). Here are a few pictures.

Isabella's First Bday Party & Baptism

My daughter's Baptism and First Birthday Party was on July 3, 2010. It was such an emotional day for me, I just couldn't, and still can't believe how fast my little girl is growing up. This day was also VERY stressful! Nothing came out as I had planned and I had a wardrobe malfunction and the WORST bad hair day....ever!! Overall, everything came out fine and we all had such a good time! Here are a few pics...enjoy!

A Day in Happy Hollow

Hi Dolls!

Yesterday my Husband and I took our Daughter to a park in our city called Happy Hollow. This park has been around for almost 5 decades! My Husband had never been there and the last time I went I was 9 years old. The park was closed down for a while to be remodeled. I honesty don't remember what the park looked like before! We had such a good time; we had a little picnic and munched on sandwiches, chips, cookies and juices & my daughter loved the rides she was able to get on. I was so mad though that I forgot my camera!!! Hubby and I took pictures with our iPhones, they're not the best but they'll sure remind us of a fun day.
